As this is a community-driven project, contributions from users may be incorporated into the service. By submitting content or suggestions to Hoppla, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

User Content

• Any warranties regarding the security, reliability, accuracy, timeliness, and performance of our service
• Any warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information or content obtained through the service
• Any warranties that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Hoppla or through the service, will create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

Limitation of Liability

AI Services Liability Limitations

Hoppla serves as a platform connecting users with AI-powered job search tools. While we strive to provide a quality service:

• We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content or recommendations
• We do not guarantee job placement or application success
• We cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from your use of our platform
• We do not assume responsibility for the actions of third-party services used to deliver our platform
• We are not liable for any unauthorized access or data breaches outside our reasonable control

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hoppla, its contributors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the service.

Termination
